1）Rolling and punching mode: is derived from Germany, there are a lot of manufacturers have tried to do roll-punch, but there is a cumulative error, parts replacement, cooling and other issues, but our company after years of testing, we gradually solved all these problems and keep our equipment can remain stable. In addition, when the concave-convex die of the roller head is worn out, it can be replaced easily.

2）Forming machine:
Our forming machine adopts a cast steel arch structure and a combination mode of horizontal and vertical rollers, which makes the forming smooth and the plate shape beautiful. There are many types of photovoltaic brackets. If the traditional mode is adopted to replace the spacer sleeve, the equipment model change time will be very long, and it also requires a relatively high professional level of the operating engineer.
 
Therefore, our company has developed an automatic opening and closing mode. You can select the model in the control system and complete the model change quickly with one click. The model change time of our equipment is within 5 minutes. In this way, the forming speed can meet the rolling and punching speed of the equipment. We adopt a forming mode combining horizontal rollers, vertical rollers and 45-degree side conical wheels. Currently, this forming mode is our first in the cold bending forming industry in China. Our machines can produce the most beautiful and qualified products with the same raw materials at the lowest production cost.

Automatic oiling can automatically set the oiling frequency according to the operating speed of the frequency used by the customer.To solve the problems of poor sealing caused by the heating of hydraulic oil and cylinders and different pressures, we have also made a series of adjustments on the hydraulic station:
First , we installed an accumulator in order to maintain the pressure and the cutting speed. Second, we configured the oil cooling machine, keep the oil temperature is not higher.
In addition, our hydraulic cylinder is high speed high temperature, it is able to maintain this equipment is durable.
Due to the fast production speed, the speed of ordinary palletizing machines cannot keep up with the discharge speed. Therefore, we have developed a new type of palletizing machine, which has the functions of flipping, locking and packaging (20 pieces in a bundle).
