Our electronic control system fully adopts the configuration of Siemens. Combined with remote operation and maintenance technology, the program and data collection of this equipment can all be operated and completed remotely. All the components are made of Siemens and comply with the CSA and UL certifications in North America.
In order to maintain the high-speed operation and cutting of the equipment, our equipment adopts Siemens motors.In order to cut off and return quickly, an accumulator was installed.In order to maintain a constant oil temperature, air-cooling equipment was installed.To ensure that the equipment does not stop during high-speed operation, we adopt servo tracking cutting, the speed of our device can reach 50 meters per minute.Some customers require a relatively short cutting length. To ensure that the equipment does not get stuck, we use a two-section and six-meter-long conveyor belt to convey the products at high speed.
There are many types of automatic stacking machines that adopt relatively traditional methods. Their speed can reach 30 to 40 meters per minute,but they are suitable for long panels.However, our equipment also needs to meet the palletizing requirements of the short boards. Therefore, pneumatic drive is adopted, which enables rapid opening and closing and quick blanking.
