1) Feeding port
The roller clamps prevent the sheet from warping up and running out and also prevent scratches on the bottom surface.
The lifting wire is fixed and can be directly lifted and pressed down through the bolt. The roller gap is stable and uniform.
Our chain box uses 1.5mm thick galvanized steel plates. After being shaped, dynamic patterns are cut out to reduce the weight of the chain box and facilitate the inspection of the condition of the chain surface.

2) Flanging and forming
We have side rollers on both the left and right sides to ensure the flatness of the edges. The side rollers are made sturdy, stable, and durable, so the profile they produce is particularly beautiful and smooth.
Most machines cut after forming. However, the cutting system of our machine is placed inside the forming machine. Why?
Since the finished hanging boards need to be hung between the sides if they are cut after forming, the sides will be flattened, making it inconvenient to connect the sides of the two hanging boards, and it is also prone to paint scratches.
So we place the cutter during the forming process and cut the steel plate before forming it
3) The control cabinets of the hydraulic station are all placed on top of the machine, not taking up space.
The screen of the control cabinet is from Siemens, and all of our electrical appliances are from Siemens.
At present, our wall panel cladding machine has reached the remote operation and maintenance technology of Siemens Industry 4.0, which can achieve remote maintenance, data collection, and data organization, and can be controlled by mobile phones, iPads, and computers.  Reports can also be generated automatically.
